Room is spacious and clean. Staff is helpful. The humidfier makes the room not so dry.

free parking, good location 5 min walking to a cosy, good Italian restaurant ( can be recommended).

Somewhat tired hotel set in what looked like a pachinko parlour or food court. Better hotels nearby, albeit more expensive.
